    MOVEWITHGEM specializes in making you look great and at ease on the dance floor for your first dance, mother/son, father/daughter, or even a memorable wedding party dance. Choreography will include an elegant introduction, dips, and easy-to-learn moves to the music of choice. Our experts can help with music recommendations if needed. Lessons are held at Capital Ballroom in Bethesda, MD.

    Frequently Asked Questions for Wedding Dance Lessons

    Please reach us at movewithgemevents@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

    We recommend the 5 lesson package where you will learn the choreography to your selected music and feel confident for your special day. One or two lessons if choreography is not needed.

    It is recommended to keep your dance short and sweet. Your first dance should be 2.5 to 3 minutes long. Yes, if you are having challenges selecting a song for your first dance, we are here to assist you with finding the song that shares your love story.

    MOVEWITHGEM is located in Montgomery County and private lessons are held at Capital Ballroom in Bethesda, MD. We also offer virtual lessons on the Zoom platform.

    Yes, we do! We are an LGBTQ+ friendly company and are here to help you put your best foot forward on your special day. 

    Groom and mom dance was amazingly choreographed by Gizelle. It was all made successful through our professional coach. You're the best. Thank you so much.
